DESIGN BUILD
Walker Mill Health Center
Tenant Buildout of the 4,634 square foot space. Worked with Symmetry First Architects who designed the buildout. Complete interior construction including new walls, floors, ceilings, lighting, plumbing and HVAC systems. ADA compliant ramp built to provide accessibility throughout the Health Center.

HISTORIC RESTORATION
Linden House, Prince Frederick, MD
Complete interior and exterior restoration on original farmstead circa 1869. It was used as a residence to both lawyers and judges until the late 1980's. It was then used as a homeless shelter and later as an office building. It now serves as the Headquarters to the Calvert County Historical Society.
The Linden House was restored to circa early 1900's and included renovations to the original construction, the first addition to the front facade and expansions to the original plumbing and electrical work. The roof on the built up porch was removed and replaced with an architectural balcony surface. The wood siding was removed in areas that contained asbestos and new growth cypress siding was installed. Restoration was also made to the original windows and doors.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
Meadowbrook Park, Ellicott City, MD
Ground up construction of a 77-acre park featuring three baseball fields, playground, two tennis courts, two picnic pavilions, restroom facilities and 2.5 miles of walking paths around the park.
RENOVATION
Alpha Xi Delta Sorority House, College Park, MD
Complete interior renovation of Sorority House at the University of Maryland, College Park. Walls were removed to feature a more open-concept space. The staircase was refinished with new wood and railings. Tile was laid throughout the main entrance. ADA suite with new automatic chairlift installed at the lower staircase. Features a new kitchen, freshly painted rooms and hardwood floors.
