OUR COMPANY

We are a small, family owned, full service general contracting company specializing in commercial renovation, historical restoration, new construction, tenant buildout and design build. Established in 1994, we are fully licensed, insured and bonded. We have successfully completed 250 projects to date. 
Michael Albrecht
Founder and President

Michael started as a carpenter 40 years ago and worked his way up the industry. He was previously the Superindentent on 10M+ projects until founding ACC. He has 40 years of experience in the contracting and construction industry. 

 

 

     Lisa Albrecht
     Management Support

Lisa, wife of Michael Albrecht, serves as support to our management. She coordinates most of the community outreach projects ACC supports. She is a retired teacher with a B.S in Education and a Masters in Counseling. 

Ashley Brosnan

Kevin Phillips
Project Superintendent

The first daughter to Michael Albrecht, Ashley is married and just recently had her first child. She worked in the healthcare industry for four years in both billing and then management. She recently started working as the office manager for ACC. Ashley has a B.A from the University of Maryland, College Park in Communications. 

Kevin has worked for ACC for 15 years but has over 30 years in the industry. He has successfully managed and completed many projects in all service areas. He is very well versed and passionate in completing Historical Restoration. Kevin has a B.S from the University of Maryland, College Park in Speech Communications.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Albrecht Construction Corporation is committed to community outreach and supporting youth programs such as Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of America. He supports community activities such as Relay for Life and Wounded Warriors as well as projects supporting the homeless. He also supports the ongoing Carroll Baldwin Historical Restoration Fund. Stepping up to share time and talent to support the needs of individuals and organizations in his community is of utmost importance.
